I am dedicated to everything fitness! From endurance and cardiovascular to strength and resistance training, I believe in a balanced approach to maintaining physical fitness. Its finding something you love and making it part of your daily routine. I offer beginner training plans for running distances from 5K to marathons and from sprint triathlons to full Ironman distance. In addition I am developing strength and resistance training programs to incorporate into anyone’s busy schedule.

Wellness is a word that is often thrown around and used to market pseudoscience products. No, you don’t need to buy a slew of expensive pills to “detox” or “rid your body of toxins” to achieve wellness. Wellness is the state of being in good health, which is a combination of physical, mental and emotional well being. It is when all aspects of fitness, nutrition and positive energy come together to allow you to reach your goals and face any challenge. There must be a holistic approach to all of this which my osteopathic background helps me identify.
