strength and fitness plans
No matter what level of fitness you are at now, if you have a goal in mind all it takes is that first step to get on the road to reach that next challenge. From 5K to marathon and sprint triathlon to full Ironman distance, there is always a new goal to be achieved. And don’t forget to incorporate strength training into your regimen. Building lean body mass will not only increase your resting metabolic rate to help you burn more calories, but will give you the strength and mobility to take on any challenge.
Whether you’re just looking to start running with the goal of a 5K in mind or if you’re a seasoned runner looking for a different training plan I have developed running plans for 5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon distances. I am always looking to improve on training so check back often for new material.
I have completed all distances in triathlon, from sprint to full Ironman, and am looking to use that experience to develop training plans to help push you to the finish line. Stay tuned for plans coming soon!
